have not run a remedy for nearly 2 months since leaving Thailand. My little laptop gives me immediate eye strain and jams up often. So finally decided to run a few minutes only and then quit so i ran forgiveness twice. Was not really thinking about forgiveness during or after. It occurred to me that the next day (today) that i felt so much lighter towards one of my life long friends who i recently felt very let down by. In the last few weeks Ive been bitter and resentful towards him and trying to let it go. Today when I thought of it, it feels remarkably different. Wow...I was not expecting that. Thank you to Mr Gold and team.
